Real Name : Raushan Zameer
He was a Royal Mansab-dar of Aurangzeb. He had a penetrating insight of Sanskrit and Hindi prosody. He was also interested in music and had mastery over fourteen thousand ragas of music, which he has mentioned in his Arabic, Persian and Hindi works. He did the Persian translation of 'Sangeet Parijat' written by Ahobal. In Persian, Mirza's pen-name was 'Zameer' but in Hindi, he has written under the surname 'Nehi'. He was a poet of Shringar and Bhakti Rasa. He died in 1656 AD.
