ghusa mein mila ta hai ki un se nazar koi
ġhussa meñ milā tā hai ki un se nazar koī
tevar yahī kahte haiñ dekhe na idhar koī
tasvīr tumhārī hai yā tum ho ḳhudā jaane
ik ālam-e-hairat meñ hai pesh-e-nazar koī
yād-e-ruḳh-o-gesū meñ yuuñ roz guzartī hai
mere dil-o-dīda meñ hai pesh-e-nazar koī
allāh kī rahmat se umiid bahut kuchh hai
mere liye ai nāseh andesha kar koī

taswir tumhaari hai ya tum ho KHuda jaane
ek aalam-e-hairat mein hai pesh-e-nazar koi
yaad-e-ruKH-o-gesu mein yun roz guzarti hai
mere dil-o-dida mein hai pesh-e-nazar koi
allah ki rahmat se umid bahut kuchh hai
mere liye ai naseh andesha kar koi
