ki armāñ mire rah ga.e haath mal ke
ye jām-e-subū kyā haiñ kyā zarf un kā
mazā jab se saaqī kī āñkhoñ se chhalke
vahī nāzish āb-e-gauhar haiñ 'hādī'
jo aañsū mohabbat meñ āñkhoñ se chhalke

ye jam-e-subu kya hain kya zarf un ka
maza jab se saqi ki aankhon se chhalke
wahi nazish aab-e-gauhar hain 'hadi'
jo aansu mohabbat mein aankhon se chhalke
