اس روز نگاہ مہرِ پرور
تھی عام قبائل عرب پر
وہ دست سخا کھلا ہوا تھا
در پر میلہ لگا ہوا تھا
غمگین آتا تھا شاد جاتا
ناکام تھا، با مراد جاتا
حاضر جتنے حنین میں تھے
آرام میں سب تھے چین میں تھے
ارباب حنین کا وسیلہ
اصحاب حنین کا وسیلہ
دارین کی خوبیاں ہمیں دے
آرام یہاں وہاں ہمیں دے
