chun faut shawam ba-baada shoed mara
chuuñ faut shavam ba-bāda sho.ed marā
talqīn za sharāb-o-jām go.ed marā
kHvābed ki rose-e-hashr yābed marā
az ḳhāk-e-dar-e-mai-kada bo.ed marā
When I die, wash me with wine, the sermon on my body should be of wine and the wine cup wouldst thou get hold of me on the Day of Judgement, seek me in the dust of the tavern.
