in bātoñ ko ab jo ġhaur kariye ai 'dard'
kuchh ḳhvāb sā thā ki vo kabhū dekhā thā
hum ne bhi kabhu jam-o-subu dekha tha
jo kuchh ki nahin hai ru-ba-ru dekha tha
in baaton ko ab jo ghaur kariye ai 'dard'
kuchh KHwab sa tha ki wo kabhu dekha tha
