asrār-e-azal rā na tū dānī-o-na man
viiñ harf-e-mu'amma na tū dānī-o-na man
hast az pas-e-parda guftagū-e-man-o-tū
chuuñ parda bar uftad na tū mānī-o-na man
The secrets of Eternity I know not, nor dost thou know and hast not read-nor hast thou deciphered this riddle; this converse of mine and thine makes place only behind the veil, and when the veil is rent asunder there will be no me and thee.
