dīvāna-o-shorīda-o-rusvā baadā
dar hushiyārī-e-ġhussa-e-har chiiz Kurem
chuuñ mast shudem har che baada baada
For all time may the lover (of God) remain intoxicated and dedicated, love stricken, mad (with love) and passionately distracted. In sobriety, sorrow and passion possess my soul, but when I am in my cups, come what may (for aught I care).
