chandīñ ġham-e-māl-o-hasrat-e-duniyā chīst
hargiz diidī kase ki jāyad ba-zīst
iiñ yak nafase ki dar tanat 'āriyat ast
bā-’āriyate ’āriyate bāyad ziist
Why this anxiety for earthly things, hast thou seen one who had eternal life; life has been loaned to thee for a time, use the loaned life for a time as thou wouldst with a thing borrowed.
