bad-nāmī-e-man za 'arsh-o-kursī ba-guzasht
viiñ 'umr-e-azīz niiz az sī ba-guzasht
fil-jumla ḳhushī niist agar dast dehad
sad kaasa payā-pai ki 'urūsī ba-guzasht
My evil reputation has gone higher than the skies, and already thirty years of my life which is dear to me have passed, and as no joy (in life) is obtained, bring and sain a hundred cups continuously, for the days of joy have passed.
