ta ba-tawani KHidmat-e-rindan mi-kun
tā ba-tavānī ḳhidmat-e-rindāñ mī-kun
buniyād-e-namāz-o-roza vīrāñ mī-kun
ba-shino suḳhan-e-rāst za 'ḳhayyām' ai dost
mai mī-ḳhur-o-rah mī-zan-o-ehsāñ mī-kun
As long as thou art able do serve the inebriates, and destroy down to the foundation of prayers and fasts, hearken to the truthful utterance of Khayyam O! friend, drink wine tread your rightful path and oblige all by serving them.
