ek din muddaton mein aae ho
ek din muddatoñ meñ aa.e ho
aah tis par bhī muñh chhupā.e ho
aap ko aap meñ nahīñ paatā
jī meñ yaañ tak mire samā.e ho
kyā kahūñ tum ko ai dil-o-dīda
jo jo kuchh sar pe mere laa.e ho
diid bas kar liyā is aalam kā
phir chalo vaañ jahāñ se aa.e ho
kyūñki tashbīh us se de 'bedār'
mah se tum husn meñ sivā.e ho
ek din muddaton mein aae ho
aah tis par bhi munh chhupae ho
aap ko aap mein nahin pata
ji mein yan tak mere samae ho
kya kahun tum ko ai dil-o-dida
jo jo kuchh sar pe mere lae ho
did bas kar liya is aalam ka
phir chalo wan jahan se aae ho
kyunki tashbih us se de 'bedar'
mah se tum husn mein siwae ho
