hai KHush-nasiib milii jis ko ye sa.aadat hai
Gam-e-husain me.n nikle jo aa.nkh se aa.nsuu
har ek ashk se ba.Dh kar hii us kii qiimat hai
Gam-e-husain milaa hai ye chiiz-e-aam nahii.n
har ek chiiz se mah.ngii ye merii daulat hai
Gam-e-husain alaamat hai ishq-e-nabvii kii
nabii se ishq na ho to kahaa.n ye daulat hai
Gam-e-husain milaa hai mujhe to virse me.n
Gam-e-husain me.n Duubii marii 'ashiirat hai
zamiin-e-kurb-o-balaa se kahaa.n hai kam tiraa Gam
ai kaashmiir tuu hindostaa.n kii jannat hai
Gam-e-husain hai 'naasir' manrerii dil me.n mere
husain-e-paak kii haasil mujhe shafaa.at hai
