ḳhush aañ shaidā ki shaidā-e-tū bāshad
ḳhush aañ rusvā ki rusvā-e-tū bāshad
Congratulations to the lover who is yours, and congratulations to the humble and submissive one who has been disgraced for your sake.
ḳhush aañ jaane ki mehr-e-tust dar vai
ḳhush aañ dil kandarū jā-e-tū bāshad
Congratulations to that noble soul who is immersed in your love or in whom your love exists, and congratulations to the heart that holds your abode.
ḳhush aañ siina ḳhush aañ sar kandarūnash
ze-ishq-o-soz-o-saudā-e-tū bāshad
Congratulations to that heart and head in which your secrets are hidden, and congratulations to that existence which is complete with your love, your pain, and your melody and passion.
malā.ek sajda mī-ārand kāñ-jā
nishāne az kaf-e-pā-e-tū bāshad
The angels prostrate there where there are marks of your feet's soles.
ba-gīr 'ahmad' dar-e-pīr-e-ḳharābāt
ki aañ maljā-o-māvā-e-tū bāshad
Take Ahmed to the shrine of Piir-e-Kharabat (the owner of a tavern), for that is the center of your refuge and tranquility.
