ma taj-e-sar-afraaz-e-hama KHalq-e-KHudaem
mā tāj-e-sar-afrāz-e-hama ḳhalq-e-ḳhudā.em
mā bādshah-e-mumlikat-e-har-do-sarā.em
We are the crown on the heads of all of God's creatures, and we are the rulers of both worlds.
hastem-o-na-hastem na dar qurb-o-na-dar buad
maa.em na-mā.em na-mā.em na-mā.em
We exist and yet we don't, neither near nor far, we are and we are not, we are not, we are not.
bāshem na-bāshem ki bāshad ki na-bāshem
mā-ḳhāna-o-mā-ḳhānagī-o-ḳhāna-o-ḳhudā.em
We exist and yet we don't, and it is possible that we may not be, we ourselves are the home and we ourselves are the family, we ourselves are the household of God.
mā ġharq-e-muhītem digar aab na-jo.em
ai bar lab-e-sāhil tu che daanī ki kujā.em
We are submerged in the river, no longer searching for water. O person present on the shore, how would you know where we are?
'ahmad' chū barūñ raft ze jā.e-ki makāñ ast
aayā tū kujā.ī ki na-dānem kujā.em
When Ahmed went out of the house, where are you that we don't know where we are?
