ai mojizat-e-kalam-e-yazdan
ai mo'jizāt-e-kalām-e-yazdāñ
va-aḳhlāq-o-makārim-e-tū qur.āñ
O words of God, you are indeed the pinnacle of noble character.
buniyād-e-makārim az tu gasht ast
abād-o-banā-e-kufr-e-vīrāñ
The foundation of noble virtues ends with you alone, and it is by you alone that the structure of disbelief is destroyed.
chuuñ sifar buud miyān-e-a’adād
be-mohr-e-tū ḳhātim-e-sulaimāñ
Just as zero is meaningless between numbers, similarly Prophet Solomon's seal is meaningless without you.
yārān-e-guzīda-e-tū būdand
bū-bakr-o-'omer 'alī-o-'usmāñ
Ali, Abu Bakr, Uthman, and Umar are your chosen companions.
ba-zū ai ba-saiqal shafā'at
lauh-e-dil-e-man za-zañg-e-’isyāñ
Through the reflection of your intercession, the tarnished sins of my heart's tablet have been erased.
chuuñ nām-e-tū bar zabāñ rānam
āvāz bar aayad az dil-o-jāñ
As soon as I take your name on my tongue, the echoes of your name rise from my heart and soul.
bar qāmat-e-tū qabā-e-laulāk
zebā-o-munāsib ast chālāk
Your pure body is adorned with the cloak of lolak('had it not been thee', allusion to the sacred Hadith), which is beautiful, suitable, and captivating to the eyes.
