Shah Muhammad Ibrahim Khushtar Qadri was an esteemed Indian Sufi saint, missionary, poet and Imam of Mosque. Born in 24 Pargana District, West Bengal, he memorized the Qura’an by age 13 and graduated in Fazil-e-Dars-e-Nizami in 1956. He completed his first Hajj under his teacher and guide, Shah Sardar Ahmad, and in 1957 received teaching licenses (ijazahs) from prominent Sufi masters including Shah Muhammad Ibrahim Raza Khan, Mustafa Raza Khan Qadri, Ejaz Wali Khan Razvi, Ziauddin Qadri Razvi and Taqaddus Ali Khan. He later served as principal and lecturer at Dar-ul-Uloom Rahmania and Jama Masjid Gukarkhan.

In 1965, on the directions of Mustafa Raza Khan Qadri, Siddiqui founded the Sunni Razvi Society International in Mauritius. Under his leadership, it expanded to France, Holland, Kenya, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Suriname and South Africa. He also hosted weekly study circles, laid the foundation for a community center on 20 February 1983, and actively engaged with Sufi discourse, particularly emphasizing devotion to Prophet Muhammad through lectures and debates.

Siddiqui was also a prolific poet and writer. His key works include Path of Salvation, Maqaam-e-Siddiq-e-Akbar, On the Holiest Earth of Islam, Fragrance of Khushtar, Preparations for Death, Mystical Teachings and Raza-e-Khushtar .

He passed away on 9 June 2002 in Port Louis, Mauritius, where he is buried at Vallee Pitot. His legacy endures through the continued work of the Sunni Razvi Society and his lasting spiritual influence in both South Asia and the Indian Ocean region.
