ai mahram-e-jān-o-dil ba-mehr-e-tū qasam
sharminda-e-kirdār-e-kHud-o-fazl-e-tu-am
paivasta ba-ḳhud hisāb dāram har dam
az man 'isyāñ za tu ham ehsān-o-karam
I swear by Thy love, O One, close to my heart and soul,
I feel shame at my deeds and Thy great kindness.
Every moment I calculate within my self.
That I sin and Thou showest kindness.
