bad-KHwah-e-kasan hech ba-maqsad na-rasad
bad-ḳhvāh-e-kasāñ hech ba-maqsad na-rasad
yak bad na kunad tā ba-ḳhudash sad na rasad
man nek-e-tū ḳhvāham-o-tū ḳhvāhī bad-e-man
tū nek na bīnī-o-ba-man bad na-rasad
He who wishes evil to others, never reaches the goal of his desires, he does not do one act of evil to others, which does not recoil on him a hundred fold; I wish that good may be thine and thou wishest that evil may come to me, thou seest not what good cometh to me and evil reacheth me not.
