iiñ shahr-o-dayār-o-koh-o-sahra hama hech
dīdam tamām zisht-o-zebā hama hech
ḳhud rā ba-ḳhudā guzār-o-ba-guzar za hama
iiñ kHvāhish-o-fikr-e-dīn-o-duniyā hama hech
These towns, country, hill and desert are nothing ;
All good and bad have been found to be nothing,
Abandon everything in favour of God,
These desires for the world and the religion are nothing.
