KHwahi na kashi ranj-o-na-yabi zahmat
ḳhvāhī na kashī ranj-o-na-yābī zahmat
az mardum-e-rozgār ba-guzīñ 'uzlat
har chand ki bar rū-e-zamīñ rāhat niist
gar hast hamīñ ast ba-duniyā rāhat
If you wish to escape worries and troubles,
Avoid mixing up with the men of the world.
There is little peace and comfort upon the earth ;
But if there is, it lies in it ( solitude or renunciation ).
