sad shukr ki dildār ze-man ḳhushnūd ast
har dam ba-karam har nafase dar juud ast
nuqsān ba-man az mehr-o-mohabbat na rasīd
saudā ki dilam kard tamāmash suud ast
God be thanked, my beloved is pleased with me !
He is kind all the time and showers mercy upon me.
No loss have I suffered from this love and affection ;
The bargain my heart struck is all profit.
