susti makun o fariza-e-haq ba-guzar
sustī makun o farīza-e-haq ba-guzār
vaañ luqma ki daarī za kasāñ baaz madār
dar ḳhūn-e-kase māl-e-kase qasd makun
dar ’ohda-e-āñ jahāñ manam baada bayār
Do not neglect to fulfil thy religious observances and duty to the Almighty, and do not fail to share the morsel that thou hast with thy neighbour (who is needy); do not covet or have a (lurking) desire for the wealth of another or his blood, and bring me the wine as a promise of the other world.
