Pul-e-Siraat (The Bridge of Sirat)

Unknown

MORE BYUnknown

The bridge that every human must cross on the Day of Judgment. This bridge will be finer than a hair and sharper than a sword. When a righteous soul passes over it, the bridge will widen, and they will pass through like a flash of lightning, entering paradise. However, when the sinful ones attempt to cross the bridge, it will narrow, and they will stumble and fall into the fiery fuel of Hell.

It is believed that first of all, Hazrat Umar will cross the Pul-e-Sirat (bridge of righteousness)

Aan ki dārad bar sirāt awwal guzar,

    Hast uu az qaul-e-paighambar Umar

It means that, As stated by the Prophet's saying, Umar is the first person who will going to cross the bridge.
