दिल मिरा ला-पता नहीं होता
दिल मिरा ला-पता नहीं होता
आप से गर लगा नहीं होता
ज़िंदगी मैं अगर न मिलते आप
मैं कभी आप का नहीं होता
वो हैं अहल-ए-ग़रज़ मोहब्बत में
इस लिए राब्ता नहीं होता
'इश्क़ ही मैं अगर न करता तो
बे-वफ़ा बे-वफ़ा नहीं होता
वो मिरे 'इश्क़ का भरम रखता
दिल मिरा फिर ख़फ़ा नहीं होता
बे-कराँ राहतें सुकून-ए-दिल
वो जो होता तो क्या नहीं होता
आदमी आदमी ही होता है
आदमी तो ख़ुदा नहीं होता
आप को है कोई ग़लत-फ़हमी
'इश्क़ में मर्हला नहीं होता
माल-ओ-दौलत है लाज़मी 'रहबर'
'इश्क़ फिर मसअला नहीं होता
