naam yuuñ āshiq-e-sādiq tire kar jaate haiñ
maut aane nahīñ paatī hai ki mar jaate haiñ
merī taqdīr se achchhe haiñ tumhāre gesū
jab bigaḌte haiñ sañvāre se sañvar jaate haiñ
raat bhar ro-ro ke ham ko bhī rulātī hai abas
ham se jaltī hai to ai sham.a-e-sahar jaate haiñ
abhī kam-sin haiñ vo sun kar mire naale shab-e-hijr
sahm jaate haiñ jhijhak jaate haiñ Dar jaate haiñ
ye kahāñ taab ki dekheñ ruḳh-e-raushan terā
marne vaale tare andāz pe mar jaate haiñ
al-madad jazba-e-dil ai kashish ishq-e-madad
