ہم تڑپتے ہیں مرغ بسمل سے
پھل یہ پایا ہے تیغ قاتل سے
ایک دم بھی جدا نہیں ہوتا
کیا محبت ہے درد کو دل سے
اے بہادر نہ چھوڑ یوں میدان
نہ اٹھی لاش کوئی قاتل سے
