ننگ ان کو التفات میں ہم کو سوال میں
ذوقِ جنونِ غم کی نوازش کا شکریہ
عمرِ دراز کٹ گئی رنج و ملال میں
ہم جانتے ہیں آپ کی نازک مزاجیاں
شامِؔ حزیں کی یاد نہ رکھیے خیال میں
