جلوہ گر شب کو اگر وہ مہ کنعاں ہوگا
جلوہ گر شب کو اگر وہ مہ کنعاں ہوگا
رخِ روشن سے خجل مہ تاباں ہوگا
میری گر دفن کی جا کوچۂ جیلاں ہوگا
بعد مرنے کے یہ اللہ کا احساں ہوگا
عندلیبان چمن اپنا گلا کاٹیں گے
نغمہ زن باغ میں جب وہ گلی خنداں ہوگا
ہم جو امید وفا رکھتے ہیں محبوبوں سے
بزمِ عالم میں نہ ہم سا کوئی ناداں ہوگا
