صرف سرکار کی تمنا کر
پڑھنا چاہے تو پڑھ درود وسلام
لکھنا چاہے تو نعت لکھا کر
دن بھر ان کے خیال میں ہو مگن
رات بھر ان کے خواب دیکھا کر
ان کا عشق ان کا عشق ان کا عشق
اپنے اندر یہی اجالا کر
ان کا ذکر ان کا ذکر ان کا ذکر
یہی عادت بنا وظیفہ کر
اگر اذنِ طلب نہیں آیا
اے دلِ بے قرار ایسا کر
