ai āshiqāñ rā rahnumā gaahe nazar bar man figan
May the leaders and guides of the enlightened ones ever cast their gaze upon me, and may the pioneers and chiefs of the lovers also turn their attention towards me.
ai muqtadā-e-auliyā gaahe nazar bar man figan
ai paishvā-e-ambiyā gaahe nazar bar man figan
May the representatives and guides of the saints also cast their gaze upon me, and may the leaders and chiefs of the prophets also turn their attention towards me.
ai sarvar-e-duniyā-o-dīñ ai rahamtul-lil-'ālamīn
ai mālik-e-tāj-e-dilā gaahe nazar bar man figan
May the leaders of religion and the two worlds, and the mercy of both worlds, and may the owners and kings of hearts also cast their gaze upon me.
ai chāra-e-dard-e-nihāñ ai dārū-e-jāñ-tapāñ
ai vāqif-e-sirr-e-ḳhudā gaahe nazar bar man figan
May the healers of hidden pain and the refuge of troubled souls, and the knower of God's secrets, also cast a glance upon me.
ai vāqif-e-asrār-e-dil kashshāf ramz-e-āb-o-gil
ai mahv-e-zāt-e-kibriyā gaahe nazar bar man figan
May the knower of the secrets of hearts and the familiar with the soil and water (mysteries of creation), and the one immersed in the divine essence, also cast a glance upon me.
sargashta-o-āvāra-am be-chāra-o-nākāra-am
az kār-e-ḳhud dāram hayā gaahe nazar bar man figan
I am lost and troubled, helpless and without a companion or helper, for I feel ashamed of my actions, but may you cast a glance upon me at least once.
bahr-e-saḳhā bahr-e-'atā shamsuzzuhā badruddujā
nūrul-hudā kahaf-ul-varā gaahe nazar bar man figan
May you cast a glance upon me, brighter than the ocean of generosity and bestowals, brighter than the moon and shining with light, and a sanctuary of illumination and refuge.
shāh-e-'arab vaalā hasab ummī laqab 'aalī nasab
az lutf-e-tū ḳhvāham shifā gaahe nazar bar man figan
O noble king of the Arabs, high in lineage and rank, the guardian of the title of the Prophet, through your grace and generosity, may I also receive healing, may you cast a glance upon me at least once.
'ājiz rahīm-e-kHasta-am shaidā-e-tū jān-o-dilam
