A pupil of Jagjivan Sahib he was alive in the last part of the 18th century Vikrami Samvat and in the initial part of the 19th century. He was born at a Zamindar’s house in Samesi village district Lucknow. After taking sermons from Jagjivan Saheb in Sardaha, he stayed with him for a long time in Kotwa and then settled in a village called Dharmme in Rae Bareli where he left his mortal coil. Dulandas Ji stayed in the Grihastha Ashram.
