Haji Maulana Hakeem Abdul Ghani Shah Qaiser Warsi was the son of Maulana Syed Muneer Ali Aarzumand. He took up permanent residence in Rampur and was the first Headmaster of Madrasa Aalia Rampur during the reign of Nawab Kalb Ali Khan Waali-e-Rampur. He got married to daughter of Syed Qaem Ali Rampuri Qaisar Warsi and was born in Abad in 1887. He moved to Karachi with his family about six or seven years before Pakistan was formed. The rest of his family remained in Moradabad. From the very beginning, he was deeply attached to religion and Sufism. Maulana Muhammad Gul (Teacher I, Madrasa Imdadia Moradabad) kept his attention on you all the time and you continued to benefit from his blessings. He visited several Islamic countries and Pakistan and India. He also remained in Hyderabad, Deccan. Then he came to Moradabad. In 1920, he adopted the Ihram after taking allegiance in the lineage of the Warsia order. He died in Karachi and was buried there.
