sehraa

Sehra is made of flowers or golden strings which are tied on the head of the groom. Its pendants hang on the face of the groom which hides the face. In Sufi khanqahs, on the eve of a Sajjadanshin's marriage, Qawwals recite Sehra.

Anwar Farrukhabadi also known as "Fana", was a Sufi poet from Farrukhabad. He is known as a lyricist of Ghazal, songs, poems and Qawwali.
