A resident of Ahmedabad, he used to write under his pen-name 'Khoob'. A learned Sufi and Darvesh, he had a penetrating insight of Persian and Arabic which=le being extremely adept in astrology, Ayurveda, philosophy, music, poetry, and prosody. Khub Muhammad has written many books in Persian and Gujari. His famous works are - Sirat-e-Mustaqim, Hifz Maratib, Sharab-e-Jam, Aqida-e-Sufia, Khulasa-e-Majudat, Miftaahutad Touheed, Sulah-Kul, Khubtarang, Chhand-chhanda and Bhavabhed. His tomb is in front of Masjid Fahtul Mulk opposite Karanj Police Station.
