Born Pandit Sahab Ram Dixit in Dineshpur Tehsil Fatehpur District Barabanki District. He held the honorable post of Tehsildar. He was a man of high character and high morals and ideas. His visit to Haji Waris Ali Shah's holy shrine changed his life. Probably in 1956, Faqir Shahid Mia'n, who performed his duties at Dargah Warsia, Pandit converted to Islam at the hands of the right-wingers and then became Musharraf with allegiance and followed the Shariah of Muhammad. His ancestral name was changed to Pandit Nayab Shah Warsi. After that in 1981, Sher Shah Warsi Bihari was granted complete Faqiri and took the sacred Ihram. After adopting Faqiri, one has to walk on the path of Faqr in the true sense. Therefore, when he was awarded the garment of Faqr, Sher Shah Warsi said that this garment of Faqr is a shroud while a Faqir is alive.
