خواہم دل پژمردہ شود تازہ چو گل
جاں نغمہ سرا بود برنگ بلبل
ایام خزاں جوش بہاری بہ زنم
با لالہ رخی نوش کنم ساغر مل
خواہش ہے کہ دل میں بھی ہو رعنائیِ گل
ہو نغمہ سرا جان بھی مثلِ بُلبُل
ایّامِ خزاں میں بھی ملے لطفِ بہار
بیٹھوں میں حسینوں میں پیوں ساغرِ مُل
