الفت بہ غم یار گرفتست دلم
بر دوش گرانبار گرفتست دلم
زاہد بہ نصیحتم تو بسیار مکوش
در پیش دگر کار گرفتست دلم
دل کو غمِ یار ہی سے الفت ہے مدام
یہ ایسا سفر ہے کہ نہیں جس کا مقام
زاہد تو نصیحت میں نہ کر وقت خراب
دل کی تو نگاہ میں ہے کچھ اور ہی کام
