Syed Shah Muhammad Zameer-ul-Haq Emadi Mujeebi son of Maulana Syed Shah Hussam-ul-Haq was born on 5th Ziqa'da 1328 AH in his hometown Phulwari Sharif, Patna District. He went to Calcutta for English education, stayed there and passed Intermediate. There, he worked in Customs to meet his ends. After the partition of India, moved to Dhaka. Zameer Phalwarvi had been interested in poetry since childhood and became a student of Tamanna Emadi. In order to serve Urdu, Bazm Tilamiz-ur-Rahman was established in Dhaka under the chairmanship of Tamanna Emadi.
