har gul mein bhari teri hawas ki bu hai

gulshan mein phirun ki sair-e-dariya dekhun

halqa hai har ek gosh mein laTka tera

go fikr sath dil ke teri so lagi rahe

pahle hi na kuchh mila na ab kuchh paya

maqsad mile murad mile muddaa mile

zahidon ko tark-e-duniya chahiye

kaba mein bhi ja ke dekh aaya tujhko

یا رب زدو کون بے نیازم گرداں

سطر قرانست آبروئے علی

در بزم جہاں عبث نشستند ہمہ

من غلامِ غلامِ تو یا رسول اللہ

خود اتنا مٹا کے تو نہ رہے

اگر ز لطف بخوانی ہزار بار آیم

اے دوست اگر جان طلبی جان بتو بخشم

اگر خواہم کہ راز دل بگویم جا نمی یابم

کچھ ایسا کر دے میرے کردگار آنکھوں میں

آلام نہیں ملتا ہے حسرت نہیں ملتی

گلشن میں صبا کو جستجو تیری ہے

اگر ز لطف بخوانی ہزار بار آیم
