اے درویش! شیطان کے دھوکے اور فریب سے بچنے کی کوشش کر، اس دنیا کے لالچ اور ہوس کو دل سے نکال دے اور اسے خدا کی محبت سے بھر لے، یہی انسانیت کے لیے سب سے قیمتی چیز ہے۔

اے درویش! فقر کا مذہب یہ ہے کہ تمہیں کسی سے کوئی غرض نہ ہو، سب کچھ اسی کی طرف سے ہے، جب تک درویش کا ہمہ اوست (سب کچھ وہی ہے) پر کامل ایمان قائم نہ ہو جائے، تب تک وہ خود کو درویشوں میں شمار نہ کرے جو کچھ خدا کے نیک بندوں نے کتابوں میں لکھا ہے، تم اس سے وابستہ رہو۔
