subh se sham ke aasar nazar aane lage

aae the un ke sath nazare chale gae

aap se peshtar nahin aati

meri dastan-e-hasrat wo suna-suna ke roe

maut thi ya hayat KHatm hui

rah aasan ho gai hogi

aaj ik aur baras biit gayā us ke baġhair

jis ke hote hue hote the zamāne mere
