تا تو رفتی از چمن دیدم قلندر سرو را

دلا گر حاصلے خواہی دریں فصل بہارایں جا

الٰہی ذرۂ از مہرِ عشق انداز در دلہا

بہ نرمی میتواں تسخیر کردن خصم سرکش را

بسکہ شد آوارہ از دل چوں بروں شد رازِ ما

آب دہ یارب زجوئے خضربستانِ مرا

چو ہرگہ می شود از جانِ مئے خالی تنِ مینا

چو حسن افروختی بےکارمیمانند زیورہا

ز سوزِ دل بنالم گر بیادت در دل شبہا

برحمٰن رحیم آمد چو بسم اللہ قرآں را

aaj ik aur baras biit gayā us ke baġhair

jis ke hote hue hote the zamāne mere
