kHema-e-ahl-e-junun hain sar-e-sahil ab bhi

tera ghar hai to aasman hai dil

chand KHushbu bhari yaadon ko sambhaale hue hai

guman ki qaid mein tha ab yaqin ki qaid mein hun

kya jaano tum ki kya hai ye rahat-maab dard

amir-e-dauran ki bandagi ka mutalba hai

apne man par hawi ho ja

phir ek bhuka shaKHs jaan-ba-lab hua ghazab hua

aaj ik aur baras biit gayā us ke baġhair

jis ke hote hue hote the zamāne mere
